Nor'easter Halts Global Citizen and All Things Go Festivals in NYC
A severe nor'easter forced the cancellation of the Global Citizen Festival and All Things Go NYC, marking the first cancellation for Global Citizen in 14 years. Organizers cited safety concerns due to high winds and heavy rain, with refunds issued automatically. The storm also disrupted other major NYC events, including concerts and street festivals, as officials declared a state of emergency.
