Minnesota Flag Finalists Revived and Reviewed by Fourth Graders
Some of the rejected designs for Minnesota's next state flag are being sold as alternative flags by Flags for Good, a company that donates a portion of the proceeds to charity. The eliminated designs, including the popular 'Starflake' design, are gaining public support and have already sold out. The State Emblems Redesign Commission is currently in the process of selecting the final design for the state flag, with graphic designers making modifications to the three finalists. The commission must make a final decision by January 1st.
