Netflix, AMC Co-Produce Bannerman Spy Series From Shane Black
Netflix and AMC Studios are co-producing Bannerman, a spy thriller based on John R. Maxim novels about a retired covert operative; Shane Black and Craig Silverstein co-wrote the pilot with Silverstein as showrunner and Black directing the first two episodes, with Greg Nicotero and Brian Witten among the executive producers. The series marks Netflix’s first original co-production with AMC under their ongoing licensing deal, and will stream on Netflix as part of the AMC Collection.
