Leeds edge Burnley to tighten Premier League safety as Stach shines and Radrizzani returns
Leeds United beat Burnley 3-1 to reach 43 points and 14th place, creating a nine-point cushion to 18th-placed Tottenham with three matches left. Anton Stach opened the scoring from distance, part of four outside-the-box goals this season, while Noah Okafor and Dominic Calvert-Lewin added second-half goals; Loum Tchaouna’s late consolation kept the scoreline respectable. Although not mathematically safe yet, 43 points is a historically strong buffer. Former Leeds chairman Andrea Radrizzani was in attendance as Daniel Farke praised his squad, who now head to Tottenham next Monday.
