Nordqvist Captains Europe to 15-13 Solheim Cup Victory in Netherlands
Team Europe reclaimed the Solheim Cup from the United States with a 15-13 victory at Bernardus Golf in the Netherlands. Captain Anna Nordqvist led her squad to a decisive Sunday singles performance, ending a decade-long drought for the U.S. on foreign soil. Lottie Woad secured the winning point against Auston Kim, while Carlota Ciganda completed the final tally. The result capped a successful week for Europe, who overcame an 8-8 tie entering the final day to defeat a U.S. team that struggled with putting and slow greens.
