Anthony Allegrini Jr., an 18-year-old from Glen Mills, was fatally shot by a Pennsylvania State Trooper on Interstate-95 in Philadelphia after allegedly driving a car that failed to stop and struck two troopers. His girlfriend, Regan Hocking, said he had a "kind soul" and loved hockey, working out, and cars. Hocking has heard conflicting accounts about what happened and is committed to making sure the truth is reported. The incident is under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office.
