Public Betas Open Door to iOS 26.6 and Tahoe 26.6 Ahead of WWDC
Apple released the first public betas of iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, macOS Tahoe 26.6, watchOS 26.6, and tvOS 26.6 to testers, two days after developer betas; installations are via beta.apple.com and Settings > Software Update. The update focuses on bug fixes and security, and iOS 26.6 adds a warning when you've blocked too many contacts (the limit is in the thousands). Apple is nearing the end of the 26-series cycle as WWDC 2026 approaches, with iOS 27, macOS 27, and more expected to be unveiled.
