Samsung’s Galaxy S27 Pro and Ultra to Feature M16 OLED, Matching Apple’s Latest Flagships
Samsung is set to launch the Galaxy S27 series in early 2027, with the Pro and Ultra models receiving a significant display upgrade. According to ETNews, these devices will utilize Samsung Display’s M16 OLED panels, marking the first major material update for the mobile division in three years. The M16 technology offers improved brightness, efficiency, and color accuracy, matching the displays used in Apple’s iPhone 18 Pro and Google’s Pixel 11. While the standard and Plus models will receive the M14 material, the top-tier devices will also feature Color Filter-on-Encapsulation and Privacy Display technology.
