Tim Curry’s Los Feliz Estate Lands Contingent Offer Moments After His Death
A Los Feliz landmark once renovated by Tim Curry has moved under a contingent offer just hours after the actor’s death. The 4,000-square-foot, 1.45-acre estate—built in 1922 and later updated by Curry with other celeb refurbishments—was listed near $10 million before being sliced to $7.5 million. Its features include European-inspired design, a secret vault-backed speakeasy, and lush grounds with a pool, koi pond, and multiple entertaining spaces as Hollywood history continues to linger around the property.
