Bulgaria's Economy Minister Bogdan Bogdanov has suggested that Russia could be responsible for an explosion at an arms factory in the town of Karnobat, which is currently under investigation for potential ties to Russia. The factory belongs to a Bulgarian arms dealer who survived a suspected poisoning with the Russian nerve agent novichok in Sofia in 2015.
