Ella Langley Clinches Major Wins as Cody Johnson Leads ACM Awards Night
At the 61st ACM Awards in Las Vegas, Ella Langley led with seven nominations and won Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year for Choosin' Texas, while Cody Johnson claimed Entertainer of the Year (and Male Artist of the Year); Parker McCollum won Album of the Year; The Red Clay Strays were Group of the Year; Brooks & Dunn won Duo of the Year; Megan Moroney took Single of the Year for 6 Months Later; Riley Green featuring Ella Langley won Music Event of the Year for Don't Mind If I Do. The ceremony returned to the MGM Grand Garden Arena with host Shania Twain.
