Ishbia Unveils 'Railyards' Plan for Private White Sox Stadium in South Loop
Justin Ishbia, minority owner of the Chicago White Sox, has released renderings for a new ballpark in the South Loop as part of a mixed-use development called 'The Railyards.' The proposal, which includes a Northwestern Medicine facility and transit infrastructure, is privately financed and aims to replace the current Rate Field lease, which expires in 2029.
