Miller miscue fuels Dodgers' ninth-inning walk-off to even series with Padres
The Dodgers rallied from a 4-2 deficit and stunned the Padres with a 5-4 walk-off in the bottom of the ninth. A overturned call set up a baserunner on a walk, then Padres closer Mason Miller misplayed a pitch/run sequence that allowed Alex Call to score on a sacrifice fly by Andy Pages, with a relay throw to home by Sung-Mun Song, giving Los Angeles the win and evening the series. Earlier, San Diego had built the lead with Manny Machado and Andújar homers as Ohtani and Freeman provided early offense for the Dodgers.
