Bautista Seeks Kratos Lead in Prime Video's God of War Series
Dave Bautista is in talks to star as Kratos in Prime Video's God of War series, potentially replacing the injured Ryan Hurst. Production is aiming to resume in Vancouver this fall. The series, produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios, is led by Ronald D. Moore and will adapt the two most recent games, following Kratos and his son Atreus on a journey to spread the ashes of their wife/mother while Kratos teaches his son to be a better god and a better human. The cast includes Callum Vinson, Mandy Patinkin, Ed Skrein, Max Parker, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Teresa Palmer, and others.
