Tree-locked ball costs Scheffler at Bay Hill
Scottie Scheffler’s final round at the Arnold Palmer Invitational was marred when his tee shot on the par-3 14th got stuck high in a pine, leaving the ball unidentifiable and ruled lost after a three-minute search, costing him a penalty and a double-bogey. He signed for 73, finishing 2-under for the week and inside the top 30, after a challenging week in which he didn’t break 70.
