Beyoncé Drops Morning Dew (Donk) as a 4th of July Surprise
Beyoncé released a new song, Morning Dew (Donk), as a Fourth of July surprise — her first new track in two years — and it kicks off a 60-day countdown to her next birthday and the 20th anniversary reissue of B’Day. Written by Beyoncé with Pharrell Williams, The-Dream and Darius Dixon and produced by Beyoncé and Pharrell, the slow-groove cut will appear on the B’Day 20th Anniversary edition, with a lyric video that reuses archival footage and was directed by Cliff Watts.
