Liam Payne's £21m estate to fund son Bear, court papers reveal
Liam Payne died in 2024 without a will, leaving an estate worth about £21 million. Court documents show Bear Gray Payne is the sole beneficiary, with new Letters of Administration allowing portions of the estate to be spent now to benefit him and the rest placed in trust until he turns 18. Administrators Cheryl Tweedy and Richard Bray oversee the assets, including Payne’s Bucks home bought to be near Bear after his split from Cheryl. Payne died from a fall in a Buenos Aires hotel; his girlfriend Kate Cassidy says she won’t appeal and has stressed their relationship wasn’t about money, despite reports of a £20k monthly allowance.
