Berkeley Student Reports Stalking Incident After Suspect Scales Apartment Gate
A UC Berkeley student reported being followed into her apartment complex by a man who scaled the locked gate, an incident captured on viral surveillance footage. The suspect, identified as Kenneth Kenji Shrine, was initially released by police but later arrested on an unrelated felony warrant.
