Massive 13TB Steam2 Leak Exposes Early Valve Prototypes and Beta Games
A leak dubbed Steam2 dumped 13TB of data from 2003–2013, surfacing early Valve prototypes and beta builds (including items related to Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, and Half-Life 2: Episode 3) as well as beta versions of Dragon Age: Origins and Batman: Arkham Asylum. The data appears to have been exposed via a publicly accessible endpoint on third-party servers rather than Valve’s own systems, and Valve has not yet commented on the incident.
