Gears of War: E-Day will run two beta weekends in August: Aug 6–10 for players with early access (preorder or Ultimate/PC Game Pass) and Aug 13–17 open to all on Xbox Series X|S and PC (via Xbox PC and Steam). The beta features Versus multiplayer and the new Horde Siege mode (12-player squads with objectives and extraction). The game launches Oct 6, 2026, with achievements available at release.
Battlefield 6 is set to release on October 10 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S|X, with pre-orders now available and two open beta weekends in August. The game features a modern warfare setting in 2027, with new tactical gameplay mechanics, returning classes, destructible environments, and a variety of multiplayer modes, including a new mode called Escalation. It also offers an improved Portal mode for custom experiences and promises ongoing post-launch support.
Blizzard has released more details about the upcoming Diablo IV beta weekends, including preload availability, world boss encounters, and a community livestream. The Early Access phase starts on March 15th, with the public open beta following on March 22nd. Console players outside of Germany won't need Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus subscriptions to participate. The beta weekends will allow up to 10 characters per account, and the newly added classes of Druid and Necromancer will be available to try during the general open beta.
