Ben Affleck reportedly transferred his entire interest in the couple’s 38,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion (12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms) to Jennifer Lopez as part of a modified property settlement, following long-running sales trouble. The home, originally listed at $68 million and recently reduced by about $16 million, was bought by the pair for roughly $60.85 million in May 2023; Lopez has been living there while renovating another property, and the divorce was finalized earlier this year.
