Braintree man arrested after running through Mattapan crash scene and carjacking at the scene
Boston police say a Braintree man ran through a taped-off deadly crash scene in Mattapan on Blue Hill Avenue, filmed the moment and laughed on his phone, and was involved in a carjacking at the scene, leading to his arrest.
