P&G delivers EPS beat but revenue miss in Q4 2026 as demand weakens
P&G posted a mixed Q4 2026: adjusted EPS of $1.43 beat expectations, while revenue of $21.2 billion missed consensus amid flat organic growth and generally slowing demand. Beauty led with 3% volume growth; other segments were weaker, and health care was the softest. For fiscal 2027, the company sees EPS of $6.89–$7.11 and 1%–3% sales growth, but faces roughly $1 billion in after‑tax headwinds from higher costs. CEO Shailesh Jejurikar will become chair of the board on August 1.
