Honeywell to Divest PSS Unit to Brady for $1.4B in Cash to refocus portfolio
Honeywell will sell its Productivity Solutions and Services unit to Brady Corporation for $1.4 billion in cash, with closing expected in the second half of 2026, as part of a portfolio simplification ahead of the planned Aerospace spin-off in Q3 2026. PSS revenue was about $1.1 billion in 2025; the deal expands Brady’s data-capture and workflow-automation capabilities for warehouse, logistics and manufacturing customers, while Honeywell continues evaluating its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions unit as part of ongoing strategic actions.
