"Exploring the Enchanting World of Yuji's House: A Goiva Adventure"
Yuji's House, designed by Goiva architects, is a modern renovation project located in São Paulo. The narrow and short lot posed a challenge, but the architects successfully incorporated Brazilian design and created an integrated social area. The basement was excavated to build a pub, and the parking lot was placed below the first floor. The project also involved structural changes to modernize the house while preserving its traditional look. The concrete volumes of the windows on the facade add a contemporary touch, and the external lighting enhances the architecture at night.
