"Arizona's Coaching Shake-Up: Nansen on Radar as Fisch Departs for UW"
The Arizona Wildcats are narrowing down their search for a new head football coach, with former Arizona defensive coordinator Johnny Nansen and San Jose State head coach Brent Brennan emerging as top candidates. Arizona offensive coordinator Brennan Carroll and Cal head coach Justin Wilcox are also in the running. Nansen, who recently joined the Texas Longhorns, has garnered support from Arizona players and could help retain the current roster. Brennan has a successful track record at San Jose State, while Carroll has been instrumental in transforming Arizona's offense. Wilcox, with a coaching career at Cal, is also being considered.
