Bristol rooftop garden death leads to murder charge
A man has been charged with murder after the body of 54-year-old Anthony Clemmings was found in a rooftop garden at a Bristol block of flats at about 08:20 BST on Tuesday. Nigel Lubban, 50, was arrested in the West Midlands on Friday and has now been charged with the murder; he is due to appear at Bristol Magistrates' Court on Monday. Clemmings' family described him as a much-loved son, brother and uncle who will be greatly missed.
