Bronx manhunt underway after suspect pushes mother and infant from 15th-floor balcony
Angel Carrasco, 31, is wanted for the murder of Nathaly Ramirez, 23, and the attempted murder of their infant daughter. The pair fell from a 15th-floor balcony in the Bronx early Tuesday. Ramirez died; the baby, initially critical, is now stable. Carrasco had brought flowers to reconcile after recent domestic violence charges.
