Arrested Woman Fires Gunshots in Connecticut Police Station, Stopped by Bulletproof Glass
A woman has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and other crimes after firing several gunshots inside a Connecticut police station. The incident occurred at the Bristol Police Department, but no one was injured as the bulletproof glass prevented the shots from penetrating. After negotiations failed, an officer shot back at the woman, who eventually put her gun down and was subdued with a stun gun. The woman is facing multiple charges, and the incident is under investigation by the Connecticut State Police and the Inspector General's Office.
