Drunk Driver Plows Into NYPD Halloween Event in Bushwick, Injuring Six
A 56-year-old man drove a black sedan onto a sidewalk during a 'Trunk-or-Treat' event outside the 83rd Precinct in Bushwick, Brooklyn, on Thursday afternoon.
