Caleb Suh, a former U.S. Military Academy cadet, faces a civil lawsuit from a former girlfriend who alleges he drugged her and forced a miscarriage in 2022. Suh pleaded guilty to assault in June 2026 but continued his education, graduating from Cornell University this year and enrolling at Columbia University. The victim, identified as Jane Doe, claims Suh used Xanax and abortion pills without her consent. Cornell stated Suh denied prior disciplinary violations on his application, while Columbia did not comment. Sentencing has been delayed until January to allow Suh to complete his current semester.
