Raleigh Police Charge Driver in Fatal Capital Boulevard Hit-and-Run
A 25-year-old pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle on Capital Boulevard in Raleigh early Saturday morning. The driver, Tyrone Jamaal Jackson, fled the scene but was later arrested by a Wake Forest police officer who noticed damage to his car and expired tags.
