IREN Plans Up to $2.3B in Private Convertible Notes Offering
IREN Limited said it will offer $2.0 billion of senior convertible notes due 2033 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A, with an option for up to $300 million more; the notes are senior unsecured, carry interest, and may be converted under set conditions, with redemption features and use of proceeds to fund capped call hedges and general corporate purposes.
