London’s Metropolitan Police seized 90 cars worth about $10 million over a weekend crackdown on antisocial driving, including a 1-of-499 Ferrari Monza SP2 valued at around $4.7 million. The vehicles, many from upscale areas like Hyde Park, Kensington and Chelsea, were taken after drivers failed insurance or license checks amid alleged noisy, reckless behavior and convoy cruising; one arrest was also made in a separate drugs case. The operation involved 120 officers and support from the Motor Insurers’ Bureau, and police say more actions are likely as they continue to target dangerous driving.
