Feds outline plan to probe deadly Miami cargo plane crash

Federal investigators outlined plans to probe the cargo-plane crash at Miami International Airport that left five dead and disrupted travel. A Prime Air Boeing 767 cargo aircraft, operated by 21 Air, caught fire and leaked fuel; about 200 emergency personnel responded. The 32-year-old jet, originally built for passengers and converted to cargo in 2015, rested near a roadway beside two semis. The NTSB will scrutinize the maintenance history and foreign ownership of the aircraft as part of the investigation. More than 160 flights were canceled and nearly 325 delayed late Sunday as flights were rerouted, and Amazon said it would cooperate with authorities.
