
Deloitte trims parental leave and PTO for Center staff amid talent overhaul
Deloitte US is cutting benefits for Center talent model employees as part of a broader talent architecture overhaul, reducing parental leave from 16 to 8 weeks, cutting PTO by 5–10 days, halting pension accrual after 12/31/2026, and removing a $50,000 IVF/adoption reimbursement, effective January 1, 2027. Some core benefits remain (health coverage, wellness subsidy, bereavement leave, tuition assistance, 401(k)), while the firm adds new job titles and four segments (Center, Core, Project, Domain).
