Buncombe County School Bus Crash Leaves No Student Injuries
A school bus carrying 14 students from Charles D. Owen Middle and High School was involved in a crash on Thursday afternoon at Buckeye Cove Road near US 70 in Buncombe County. Officials confirmed that no students were injured. The driver of a Mustang involved in the collision was transported to Mission Hospital with minor injuries. School administrators notified families and arranged for a replacement bus to transport the students home.
