US Defense Dept Publishes Updated 1260H List of Chinese Military Companies
The U.S. Department of War released an updated 1260H list under the FY2021 NDAA naming 188 entities as Chinese military companies operating in or linked to the United States; the department will update the list as needed and notes potential further actions under authorities beyond 1260H.
