L3Harris says its board ousted CEO Chris Kubasik after an independent investigation found conduct inconsistent with the company's code of conduct, with the probe conducted by an outside firm; Kubasik previously was fired by Lockheed Martin in 2012 over a similar issue involving a relationship with a subordinate, and his ouster comes after he helped merge L3 and Harris and led the combined company.
