L3Harris Technologies announced that Chairman and CEO Christopher Kubasik has stepped down after an investigation into conduct inconsistent with the company’s values. The separation is unrelated to financials or operations; Sam Mehta was named president and CEO and joined the board, with lead independent director Lewis Hay III becoming independent chairman.
