L3Harris CEO Exits After Conduct Probe, Board Reshapes Leadership

Oklahoma AG seeks to vacate death row inmate Richard Glossip's murder conviction.

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond filed a motion to vacate the conviction of death row inmate Richard Glossip following a review by an independent counsel. Glossip was convicted twice and sentenced to death for ordering the 1997 killing of his boss, motel owner Barry Van Treese. The independent counsel's report did not declare that Glossip is innocent, but a news release said the report noted multiple instances of error that cast doubt on his conviction.
