Gaza Faces Worsening Civil Disorder and Aid Warehouse Break-Ins
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) expressed concern over the breakdown of civil order in Gaza, as thousands of people have broken into its warehouses and distribution centers to obtain essential supplies amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas war. The agency highlighted the scarcity of food and medicine, as well as the lack of communication and support for the people of Gaza. The UNRWA called for a regular and steady flow of humanitarian supplies into the region to address the growing tensions and frustrations.
