Clown-costumed teen charged with murder in random East St. Louis stabbing
A 15-year-old boy wearing a clown outfit has been charged with first-degree murder in East St. Louis for stabbing 78-year-old John Wesley Allen at a bus stop. Prosecutors say they intend to try the juvenile as an adult.
