An 8-year-old boy, Colin Strebe, and his 73-year-old grandfather died in a plane crash in Watertown, Wisconsin. The plane crashed into a grove of trees at Brandt Quirk Park near a residential area. The FAA and NTSB are investigating the cause of the crash, and the park will remain closed for site cleanup.
