"Auburn Mourns Loss of College Football Hall of Famer Terry Beasley"
Terry Beasley, a former Auburn star receiver and College Football Hall of Famer, has died at 73 of an apparent suicide. Beasley, who suffered from the effects of concussions during his playing career, was an All-American at Auburn and still holds the school receiving records. He was a first-round draft pick by the San Francisco 49ers and later became a plaintiff in a lawsuit against the NFL on the effects of brain injuries.
