Mercedes F1 Team Engages in Legal Battle with FIA over Compliance Probe

Mercedes F1 team boss Toto Wolff and his wife Susie, who heads FOM's F1 Academy, are engaged in a legal exchange with the FIA after the governing body launched a compliance probe into allegations of exchanging confidential information. F1 and Mercedes have rejected the allegations and criticized the lack of communication from the FIA. All nine remaining F1 teams have denied being behind the probe. The FIA later backtracked and announced that there would be no formal investigation.
