Connie Nielsen and Stana Katic Join Apple TV Monsterverse Series
Deadline reports Connie Nielsen and Stana Katic have joined Legendary’s Monsterverse series for Apple TV+, joining Wyatt Russell’s lead role. The series, from showrunner Joby Harold, follows Col. Lee Shaw on a 1984 mission to stop Soviets from unleashing a horrific new Titan; the cast also includes Millie Brady, Pilou Asbaek, Corey Stoll, Ralph Ineson and Nyasha Hatendi, with executive producers Harold, Tory Tunnell for Safehouse Pictures, Russell, and Toho. The MonsterVerse is expanding ahead of Godzilla x Kong: Supernova, set for 2027.
