Princess Cruises Wins Top Megaship Award in Condé Nast Traveler 2026 Rankings
Princess Cruises has been named the top megaship cruise line in the Condé Nast Traveler 2026 Readers' Choice Awards, securing the first position with a score of 92.35. This victory was determined by nearly 800,000 reader votes across various ship categories. The award highlights the success of Princess's new Sphere-class vessels, Sun Princess and Star Princess, which launched in 2024 and 2025, respectively. While Royal Caribbean International placed second, Princess also ranked in the top five for large ships, demonstrating broad appeal across different vessel sizes. The rankings reflect consumer preferences for ship design, amenities, and overall service quality, with Princess's new ships featuring innovative designs such as glazed domes and liquefied natural gas propulsion.
