
Virginia court freezes key part of Spanberger’s ICE cooperation rule

Abigail Spanberger’s 287(g) immigration-cooperation law, pausing sheriffs’ deadline to modify or end local agreements with ICE after ruling the measure likely violates the Contracts Clause.
