Apple Tweaks Trade-In Pricing to Reward Minor Cosmetic Wear
Apple is expanding its trade-in program with more granular pricing for minor cosmetic defects, so chipped glass or light scratches won’t automatically slash a device’s value; the new system will roll out when the trade-in site comes back online and will apply in most countries, following August’s broader pricing updates across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
